Most people do not get adequate vitamins and minerals from the foods they eat for the simple fact that most of our diet is highly refined foods, highly processed foods, highly rich foods that in most cases are completely devoid of any nutritional vitamins that our bodies can assimilate.</p>
<p>Even though in the United States, over 65% of the population is overweight, they are still malnourished, and do not get the proper amount of vitamins and minerals in its correct proportions.</p>
